제목 The Small Singlet Triplet Energy Gap in Multi-resonance Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence Emitter by Carbazole Moieties.
초록 Multi-resonancetype thermally activated delayed fluorescence (MR TADF),which has fast fluorescence decay and a narrow full width at half maximum (FWHM), has arelatively high singlet triplet energy gap (ΔEST), becauseof different mechanism from the donor acceptor (D-A) type TADF. We designed andsynthesized OLED materials with carbazole substituents in MR type TADF, whichshowed lower ΔEST,contributing to efficient RISC. all materials’ ΔEST werebelow 0.1 eV, and one of them showed a very small value of 0.02 eV. Thedevice A we fabricated using material 1 showed the maximum luminousefficiency, power efficiency, and external quantum efficiency of 25.0 cd/A,22.4 lm/W, 18.1 %, respectively. Also, it exhibited at 477 nm with FWHM 31 nm, CommissionInternationale d’Énclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.109, 0.231).
