제목 Impregnation of Metal-organic Frameworks with Multi-functional Copolymers for CO2 separation membrane and supercapacitors
초록 Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are considered as one of the fascinating materials for the state-of-the-art applications, consisting of the metal sites and organic ligands to construct the highly porous frameworks. A variety of MOFs has been investigated by modifying the metal/organic components, morphology, porosity, and functionality of ligands. Particularly, the application of MOFs with specific, multi-functional copolymer would be a promising approach to achieve the high performance. Here, we propose the morphology control or impregnation of MOFs into the copolymers for the CO2 gas separation membranes and electrochemical supercapacitors. For CO2 separation membrane, we achieved the commercial target area (> 2000 GPU, > 20 selectivity) with the excellent long-term stability for a week. Specifically, the novel morphology control of MOF materials composed of cobalt and nickel precursor with terephthalic acids (H2bdc) generated the 2D MOFs directly grown on the surface of electrode surface. As a result, the elaborate control of specific MOFs have resulted in the high-performance, novel materials for the future applications.
