Recently, environmental problems have led to a significant increase in the demand for eco-friendly materials in packaging. We developed eco-friendly conductive ink consisting of 90% cellulose pulp and 10% carbon nanotube (CNT) using water as a solvent. In the eco-friendly conductive ink, the cellulose pulp and CNT have formed nanowires suspending in water with a 20-40 nm diameter. The printed textures using eco-friendly ink was shown in a nonwoven mat form in nanoscale, and since the Spray method is the most useful way to print the nanowires ink, we would like to report on the relationship and conditions between the spray parameters that can achieve a good quality of printing result. |
