제목 Fabrication of Electric Conductive Film via Laser Patterning Process
초록 The radar sensor of an autonomous vehicle can deteriorate its detection performance when frost or moisture is generated in radar surface. Degraded radar detection performance while driving can cause serious accidents. As one of the methods to solve this problem, a heat generating film of a radar sensor is applied to remove moisture. Using CNT, which is a conductive material for heat generation, a conductive film composed of circuits was manufactured. The conductive circuit was manufactured through laser etching after coating CNT/CNF composite ink. The amount of CNT / CNF ink to be etched can be adjusted according to the century and time of the laser. SEM analysis confirmed the thickness and morphology before and after laser etching. Also, the thermal stability of the conductive ink dispersed by compounding CNF with CNT was confirmed by TGA analysis.
