제목 Optimized size and morphology of Copper-based nanoparticles for achieving superior antibacterial activity
초록 copper-based nanoparticle was usually used as a antibacterial substance. However, the copper nanoparticles were easily oxidized in atmosphere. To examine the antibacterial activity of oxidized copper nanoparticle, Copper(I) oxide and Copper(II) oxide nanoparticles were synthesized in various size and shape and their antimicrobial activity was examined. The copper-based nanoparticles was synthesized by chemical reduction method, and analyzed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) method.
