제목 Development of High Thermal Conductive Composite Sheet for Improve Solar Panel Cooling Efficiency
초록 In order to develop the cooling sheet for solar panels, nonwoven fabric made of mainly thermally conductive carbon fibers were prepared by a wet-laid process. When producing the nonwoven fabric, the thermoplastic fibers were added in a certain ratio for the binder or matrix. Then, it was made into a sheet form using a hot press. The thermal conductivity of the composite sheet was observed using hot-disc method by ISO22007-2. The dispersion state of fillers in the composite sheet was measured by a FE-SEM. It is expected that the thermal conductivity of the composite sheet will be determined by the total content of the thermally conductive fillers and the composition ratio in the composites.
