제목 Double-layered LT-SCR catalyst on Metallic Monolith for De-NOx
초록 The metallic monoliths have mostly been used in environmentalapplications where high gas throughput and low pressure drop are required. The metallicmonoliths offer advantages with respect to better heat transfer, pressure drop,mechanical stability, wall thickness and overall volume. The metallic monolith coatedwith double-layered LT-SCR catalysts was prepared by slurry coating anddeposition-precipitation. The coated catalyst onto the surface of the metallicmonolith was uniformly and strongly adhered according to dropping and bendingtest. The metallic monolith catalyst showed excellent performance satisfyingthe emission standard (less than 100 ppm) under the simulated gascomposition of the steel mill flue gas.Acknowledgments
