제목 | Floating drug delivery system using micropolymofoam particles prepared by the piezoelectric inkjet method |
초록 | FDDS, a system that prolongs the residence time of a drug in the stomach by suspending a drug-carrier with a lower density than gastro intestinal fluid, has various classification systems. Microsphere, one of those, applies completely dried particles which require a long drying time. About this limitation, in this study, an inkjet system was used as a more productive drug-carrier manufacturing method. A highly volatile organic solvent in which polymers and drugs are dissolved is immediately volatilized by piezoelectric equipment of inkjet to generate porous micropolymofoam particles.The particles created through the optimization floated for about 8 hours releasing the drug, and particle analysis was conducted with various methods. As a result, it is possible to increase the drug delivery efficiency through this manufacturing method. |
