제목 Induced autologous tissue formation of artificial blood vessels by polymer coating
초록 Vascular disease have still threaten human life until now. Nowadays artificial vascular grafts are often used. However, low long-term patency and restenosis may occur after bypass surgery and usually lead to implant failure. So, surface modification of artificial vascular graft is necessary. In the present study, we covalently conjugated heparin and substance P to the Poly(l-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone) (Hep-PLCL and SP-PLCL). And then, we coated these polymer on ePTFE surface. Additionally, We conducted an in vivo test to study that the polymer coating induced autologous tissue formation
