제목 Structure and Properties of Zinc Borophosphate Glasses
초록 Low temperature glass frits are used for plasma display screen, organic light emitting diode devices and other sealing materials. Zinc phosphate system glasses were prepared for Pb-free low temperature glass frit. ZnO–xB2O3–(60-x)P2O5(x=0,10,20,30,40,50)glasses with various compositions were prepared using a normal melt quenching technique, and their characteristics and structural properties were investigated by infrared spectra (IR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Density, Molar volume, Thermo mechanical analysis(TMA) and weight loss after immersion test. Replacement of  P2O5 by B2O3 was found to improve the thermal properties, chemical durability. The observed variations in the properties may be correlated with changes in the internal glass network as a result of changes in the chemical composition.
