Effects of Bi2O3 on the structural, thermal, and wetting properties of zinc bismuth phosphate glass |
초록 |
In this study, the effect of substitution for ZnO in the phosphate sealing glass on structural, thermal and wetting properties was studied. The CTE(coefficient of thermal expansion) increased with the substitution due to the bismuth ions disrupt the network of the glasses and lower the connectivity of the glass network. To investigate the structural properties, the structure of the glass was analyzed by FT-IR(Fourier transform infrared)analysis. The FT-IR results show the rapid depolymerization of phosphate chains with increasing Bi2O3 content. The higher amount of Bi2O3 improved the wetting ability of the glass on the substrate, |
