Recently, Green-Energy has received a lot of attention from all over the world. Perovskite, that has high power conversion efficiency (PCE) solar cell, has been developing rapidly since 2012. One of the conductive polymer, Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is widely used as perovskite's Hole Transfer Layer (HTL) due to its advantages that high conductivity transmittance. In this study, we spin-coated PEDOT:PSS on Poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) substrate instead of using glass substrate to make stretchable HTL. To overcome the hydrophobic surface of the PDMS substrate, O2 plasma and Alcohol treatment were applied to make the surface more hydrophilic, making it advantageous for PEDOT:PSS spin-coating. Also, we employed Multi-Layer PEDOT: PSS stacking and various Acid Post-Treatments to make lower resistance PEDOT:PSS HTL. At last, we did stretchable test of various Multi-Layer PEDOT:PSS. |
