제목 Heterogeneous Janus electronic materials and application of flexible sensor via ultra-fast light material interaction.
초록 Light-Material Interaction, which is considered as advanced future post-treatment technology, has been extensively explored in nano-material fields. Nowadays, in order to expand the application using normal semiconductive nano-materials, Janus structure which has at least two physical properties in single material, have been spotlighted. In order to overcome Conventional thermal post-treatment capabilities for janus-fabrication procedure, ultra-fast nonequilibrium light-triggered post-treatment technology has been developed (e. g. Double-hetero structure quantum dots, Laser-induced LTPS, Plasmonic Welding in metal nanowires, light-induced carbon material synthesis). From this work, the author reports about the fabrication of heterogeneous janus semiconductor via ultrafast flash lamp irradiation. The superior physical properties of janus materials has been expanded to advanced flexible sensor application such as humidity sensor, and perovskite LED (PeLED).
