제목 | Novel structured Molybdenum Oxide anchored on Heteroatom codoped reduced graphene oxide for High Performance Lithium Sulfur Batteries Cathode |
초록 | Lithium-sulfur battery can deliver higher energy density than up to date Lithium ion battery, but several problems with LSB due to sluggish reaction kinetics and Lithium polysulfide shuttle disturb commercialization. To solve these problems, we synthesized Heteroatom codoped reduced graphene oxide based Molybdenum Oxide as sulfur host material. The novel structure of MoO2 can act as a physical barrier of Lithium polysulfide dissolution owing to offering polar sites through strong chemical interaction. At the same time, limited low electrical conductivity of transition metal oxides for sulfur host can be solved by introduction of carbon composites. As a lithium sulfur battery cathode, heteroatom-rGO/MoO2 not only contributes to enhance sulfur immobilization but also promotes Lithium polysulfide redox kinetics by catalyzation. It presents high rate capability and long term cycle stability with slow capacity decay rate which represent mitigation of shuttle effect. |
