Highly crystalline ferrierite prepared by seed assisted method for DME carbonylation |
초록 |
Dimethyl ether (DME) carbonylation was performed to produce methyl acetate (MA) and ferrierite (FER) is one of most active catalyst for the reaction due to the its highly stable activity compared to the mordenite (MOR) zeolite although it showed lower catalytic conversion. Our previous research showed the more crystalline FER is used, the better activity and stability can be got because brønsted acid site is active site for the reaction especially present in 8-membered ring. Thus we tried to prepare highly crystalline FER synthesized by seed-assisted method and it showed excellent catalytic activity and stability compared to the FER prepared by structure directing agent (SDA) assisted synthetic method. |
