제목 Multifunctional Nano-systems for Biomedical Applications
초록 Nanotechnology offers tremendous hopes for future bio-medical technology. Clever combination of different nanoscale materials will lead to the development of multifunctional nanomedical platforms for simultaneous targeted delivery, fast diagnosis, and efficient therapy. In this presentation, I will present the following nanostructured materials: monodisperse nanoparticles embedded in uniform pore-sized mesoporous silica spheres (JACS 2006), multifunctional nanoparticle assembled silica spheres, magnetic mesocellular carbon for magnetically switchable bioelectrocatalytic system (Angew2005), Ni/NiO core/shell nanoparticles for the efficient separation of proteins (JACS2006), and magnetite nanoparticle-embedded gold nanoshells for combined MRI and targeted NIR therapy (Angew2006).
