제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of Random Copolymer of D-A-D’ Type as Donor Polymers of organic solar cell |
초록 | We synthesized the random copolymer series of D-A-D’type, that are based on poly[(2,6-(4,8-bis(5-(2-thioethylhexyl-3-chloro)thiophen-2-yl)benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene))-alt-(5,5-(1′,3′-di-2-thienyl-5′,7′-bis(2-ethylhexyl) benzo[1′,2′-c:4′,5′-c′]dithiophene-4,8-dione)](PBDB-S-3Cl) and poly[(2,6-(4,8-bis(5-(2-thioethylhexyl-4-chloro)thiophen-2-yl)benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene))-alt-(5,5-(1′,3′-di-2-thienyl-5′,7′-bis(2-ethylhexyl) benzo[1′,2′-c:4′,5′-c′]dithiophene-4,8-dione)](PBDB-S-4Cl), PBDB-S-CO-3Cl-4Cl (1:9, 3:7, 7:3, 9:1) for the study of the substitution position effects of PBDB-S`s chlorine on its solar performance. The random copolymer composition modulation with the substitution position effects of chlorine affect the performance of organic solar cell. The random copolymer of PBDB-S-CO-3Cl-4Cl(9:1) shows the highest FF (0.63) and PCE (13.31 %), that performance was higher than homopolymer PBDB-S-4Cl and PBDB-S-3Cl. |
