In recent years, chemical vapor deposition has attained great attention as a fascinating method to introduce different surface properties on polymeric or inorganic thin-film. Herein we report on optical and chemical modification of surface of polyacrylonitrile films using chemical vapor deposition of ethylenediamine. Here, we are able to carry out the chemical vapor deposition using relatively simple and precise methods. Finally, optical and chemical pattering of PAN films can be carried out by chemical vapor deposition with certain physical masks. |
