제목 | The Morphology and Catalytic Activity of V2O5-WO3/TiO2 Nanoparticles Synthesized by Polyol Process on Selective Catalytic Reduction |
초록 | Recently, environmental pollution has been a issues, and efforts has been conducted to reduce fine dust emitted from industrial power plant. NOx which are the largest proportion of air pollution gas cause smog and global warming. SCR is one of the most representative methods to reduce NOx, and V-based catalyst is used to produce SCR catalyst. SCR catalyst is synthesized by impregnation method because of high productivity. However impregnation method is hard to control the particle size of catalysts. In this study, we synthesized V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalysts with polyol process. The polyol process enabled to produce SCR catalysts in a short time by inducing the nucleation of particles from the microwave. As a result, the polyol process enabled to control the size of SCR catalyst, and we synthesized smaller SCR catalyst compared with impregnation method. The morphology and performance of the prepared catalyst were observed with TEM and fixed bed reactor, respectively. |
