The photo-curable polyurethane diacrylate (PUD) adhesive was synthesized using polycaprolactone diol and isophrone diisocyanate with two types of hydroxyl acrylate (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA)). We used acrylic silane, HEA, and 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) as a acrylic diluents. Acrylic silane was used to improve the interaction with the inorganic silver nanoparticles. The hydroxy group of HEA induces hydrogen bonds between Ag/PET film. HDDA is a difunctional acrylate that lowers the viscosity and improves adhesion by reacting with functional groups. We measured various properties of PUD based adhesives according to two types of hydroxyl acrylates in PUD and composition of diluents. The structure of PUD were characterized using a fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer. In addition, we analyzed adhesion strength, yellowness, transparency, surface energy, and transfer status of silver nano of cured adhesives. |
