제목 TiO2 Nanotube arrays as ETL for stability and to enhance the efficiency by the Light Harvesting in Perovskite Solar Cells
초록 In order to improve the light-harvesting ability of the perovskite solar cell (PSC), TiO2 nanoparticles/nanotubes (TNN) are added to the active layer of the PSC. The photocurrent density (JSC) of TNN-containing perovskite cells showed a considerable increase from 23.2 mA/cm2 without nanotubes to 24.7 mA/cm2, indicating that the TiO2 nanotubes enhanced the charge conduction and harvested more sunlight. The light harvesting was attributed to the Mie scattering effect. Power conversion efficiency (PCE) of TiO2 nanoparticles in the active layer (14.86%) increased to 15.93%. with TNN-containing cells at optimal loading of 9wt % TiO2 nanotubes. The stability is sustained over 82 days retaining 96%-97% of their original value. XRD, FESEM, I-V plot and UV-vis spectroscopy measurement were performed to characterize and analyzed the PSC.
