제목 | Poly(imide-siloxane)/Silver Nanowire Electrode for Application to Transparent and Stretchable Devices |
초록 | Transparentconductive electrodes (TCEs) are used as essential components foroptoelectronic devices, such as organic light emitting diodes, organic solarcells, and touch screens. Increasing demand for wearable electronic devices hasfacilitated the development of electrodes that are transparent and stretchable.Recently, silver nanowire (AgNW)/polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) structure electrodeshave been extensively studied. In this study, we are attempting to prepare transparentand stretchable AgNW/poly(imide-siloxane) copolymer (PIS) electrode having highthermal stability and low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). The PIS film wasstrained to 176-246%. In addition, the PIS/AgNW device showed a low sheetresistance (10 < Rs < 30). |
