analysis of SiO2 crystallinity and hydrophobic properties by sol-gel method |
초록 |
In this study, TEOS (Tetraethyl orthosilicate) was used to produce SiO 2 powder for coating by the sol-gel method. The catalyzed SiO2 was observed using XRD (X-ray diffraction) and Raman spectroscopy (532 nm). The crystalline phase of SiO 2 due to temperature was also analyzed. The slide glass was coated using this, and the contact angle was measured. Transmittance and Haze were measured through UV-Vis to find the optimum coating conditions. |
