제목 Selective Targeting of Cancer Cells and Enzymatically Degradable Nitric oxide Releasing and Doxorubicin Delivery using pH Sensitive Nanogel
초록 We report fluorescent nanoparticles (FNP) for bio-imaging systems and targeted drug delivery system. The boronic acid and lactose conjugated chitosan (chitlac-BOH) and dopamine conjugated carbonized hyaluronic acid [FNP (HA)] were used to synthesize a pH responsive chemically cross-linked nanogel for tumor targeting guided bioimaging from having CD44 receptors. The nitric oxide (NO) is conjugated by diol cross-linking into nanogel and loaded with doxorubicin (DOX). This pH-sensitive diol cross-linking is targeted by HA and cleaved under endosome condition, which releases DOX, while NO is released by HAase within cancer cells. Such nanogels have the advantages of enabling fluorescent diagnosis by drug delivery matrix, being biocompatible, and releasing the drug from the breaking of linkage under cancer cell conditions. The developed nanogels had the synergistic effects of these two systems, while minimizing the drug toxicity.
