Application of nanoparticles composed of naturally driven polymeric blend on drug delivery system |
초록 |
Recently, targeted drug delivery system using nano-sized particles attracts interests since efficient and selective drug delivery can be achieved. In this investigation, naturally driven chitosan/gelatin composite nanoparticles were synthesized for the application in drug delivery system. Biocompatibility and osteoconductivity of the nanoparticles were analyzed and the effect of hybridization with inorganic compounds was examined. In vitro drug release mechanism was analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography. Analysis on cellular response displayed that tissue regeneration can be enhanced using the developed system. |
