Tin oxide grown by low temperature atomic layer deposition for protection layer application of perovskite / CIGS tandem solar cells |
초록 |
In perovskite / CIGS tandem solar cells, the top electrode must be composed of the transparent conductive oxide (TCO) layer. However, plasma generated during the TCO sputtering process could damage the perovskite absorber layer and thus the low-temperature and non-plasma deposition process for the protection layer of the perovskite absorber layer is essential. In our work, we deposited tin oxide (SnO) thin films by using low temperature atomic layer deposition (ALD) and confirmed the feasibility of the ALD-SnO as a protection layer. |
