제목 Amine moiety controlled polymer with CNT channels for selective detection of acidic air pollutants using solide state gas sensor
초록 Recently, air pollution is most severe problems regarding human health and life. Particularly, primary air pollutants of acidic gases such as CO2, SO2 and NO2 is major components to be monitored. However, selective discrimination of those acidic gases is challenging due to similar acidic and oxidizing properties. Here, we selectively detected acidic air pollutants using single channel solid-state sensor with functionalization of amine polymer. Polyethyleneimine (PEI) consists of primary, secondary and tertiary amines that have different behavior with acidic gases. The moiety controlled PEI with CNT channels shows selective response as well as significant response. We believe that this amine polymers doped CNT channel is the promising gas sensor for selectively detect and track the air pollutants.
