제목 Development and Medical Application of Porous Scaffold Fabricated by Gas Forming/Salt Leaching Method
초록 A PLGA scaffolds for tissue engineering fabricated by gas foaming/salt leaching method were developed, and the effects of scaffolds in tissue regeneration were analyzed in somatic cells as well as adult stem cells. The scaffolds were developed to medical devices. (InnoPol-D) Dermal tissues were regenerated effectively in the scaffold. After successful preclinical and clinical trials, scaffold for penile enlargement was approved by KFDA as grade IV medical instrument. (InnoPol-C) Scaffolds with chondrocytes were successfully regenerated to cartilage tissue in vitro. MSC from bone marrow was differentiated to bone and cartilage tissue in scaffold.
