Synthesis and characterization of biodegradable hydrogel |

We are reporting a series of biodegradable hydrogels which are the triblock poly(ε-caprolactone)-Pluronic F127-poly(ε-caprolactone) copolymers. Polymers were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization, and were characterized by 1H-NMR, GPC and DSC. Thermal properties were investigated by test tube inverting method and Rheometer to show sol-gel phase transition. |
