Smith predictor 에서 모델 오차를 고려한 강건한 PID 조율법 |
초록 |
This paper presents a robust PID tuning rule for the Dead Time Compensator in the presence of model uncertainty. The process model used in the work is First Order Plus Dead Time(FOPDT) and Second Order Plus Dead Time (SOPDT) system which capture the essential dynamics of the majority of loops in the chemical process industries. The concept of the equivalent gain plus time delay is introduced in order to handle simultaneous uncertainties in all three parameters of the process model. In addition to coping with the model uncertainty well, the proposed method can utilize existing tuning rules. Illustrative example demonstrate the main result.
