| 제목 | L-트레오-베타-벤질옥시아스팔틱 에시드의 합성을 위한 벤질레이션 반응 연구 |
| 초록 | L-threo-β-benzyloxyaspartic acid (L-TBOA) is known as a potent glutamate transporter inhibitors. The glutamate transporter inhibitors play a role as an inhibitor of glutamate transporters. Since the glutamate is the excitatory neurotransmitter, its concentration needs to be accurately controlled. To date, several synthetic methods for stereoselective synthesis of L-TBOA have been reported. In this presentation, we synthesized L-TBOA from D-serine. The high stereoselectivity was realized by our previous synthetic method for threo-β-amino-α-hydroxy acid using tandem reactions with N-hydroxymethyl protected α-amino aldehyde. Besides, screening results of the O-benzylation which suffered difficulty will be presented. |
