제목 Burn-in free non-fullerene acceptor based organic photovoltaics processed with sequential deposition and quasi-orthogonal solvent.​
초록 In this study, burn-in free OPV is demonstrated by utilizing sequential deposition (SqD) process and semi-orthogonal solvent. The semi-orthogonal solvent is composed of 1-chloronatphtalene (1-CN) and dichloromethane (DCM). The 1-CN improves swelling of the Y6 into amorphous domains of PBDB-T-2F. The PBDB-T-2F in the SqD processed film forms efficient bulk heterojunction (BHJ) with Y6 and exhibit higher crystallinity than that in blend solution deposition (BSD) processed film. The SqD processed OPV exhibit PCE of 13.2% and maintains 93.6% of its initial PCE after 80℃ thermal annealing for 140 hours, whereas the BSD processed OPV maintains 66.4% of its initial PCE. The conduction of Raman scattering, absorption spectra experiments reveal the BHJ morphology in the SqD film is very stable under the thermal stress. These results indicate that the degradation of conventional OPV is ascribed to the morphological instability of photoactive domains rather than the oxidation of Al electrode.
