Activated carbon had been widely used as electronic material and energy storage material due to its higher surface area and surface functional groups. So, Activated carbon was used as electrode material of super capacitor. However, when oxygen content of surface functional groups of activated carbon increases, it is caused instability. In this study, a purpose was decrease of oxygen content by liquid phase method. Acid treatment of liquid phase might cause addition of oxygen and destruction of crystalline structure So, it was used as basic treatment and drying under 500℃ in inert gas (N2, Ar). It was characteristic by XPS, TPD, FT-IR, charge-discharge test. |
