Electrochemical characteristics of LTO/CNT composite material for Hybrid capacitor |
초록 |
In order to improve the energy density, electrode materials have been pursuing a hybrid. Metal oxides and conductive polymers using carbon(activated carbon, graphite, CNF, CNT etc.) materialsbecome composited. Li4Ti5O12/carbon nano tube(CNTs) composite was prepared by sol-gel method. The characters of Li4Ti5O12/CNTs composite were determined by XRD, SEM, TGA method. Its electrochemical properties were measured by charge-discharge, cyclic voltammetry and impedance tests. Oxidation peaks of L4Ti5O12/CNT composite materials were observed between 1.2V to 1.8V(vs. Li/Li+) by using cyclic voltammetry. |
