제목 Investigation of Flory χ for PS-b-PMMA through small-angle X-ray scattering
초록 PS-b-PMMA is one of the most useful nanoscopic materials used for templates and scaffolds. The Flory effective interaction χ was first obtained by Russell et al. using small-angle neutron scattering (SANS). Since then, many research groups have reported χ for the copolymer. The general aspect of the χ ever appeared in the literature is that it possesses a strong entropic contribution and relatively small enthalpic contribution, even though there are discrepancies in the reported χ values. In this study using, we show through small-angle X-ray scattering measurements that such an aspect of χ for the copolymer is attributed to the outcome of the limited temperature scan and strong temperature dependence of χ
