Polymers with controlled molecular weight and molecular weight distribution are synthesized by establishing the conditions of living anionic polymerization of vinyl monomers, with electron donor/ electron acceptor functionality, that contain hetero atoms (N, S, O). These conditions of living anionic polymerization are utilized to synthesize electron acceptor/electron donor integrated bipolar block copolymers. Self-assembly is used to control the structure of block copolymers, which are applied to optoelectronic devices such as non-volatile organic memory, organic light emitting diodes and organic solar cell. In particular, investigating the mechanism from the relationship between the structure of the block copolymers and the characteristics and composition of memory device is the main purpose of this presentation. |
