제목 Prepared and Characterized of Glass/Epoxy Prepreg with Inorganic Flame Retardant
초록 In one of such applications of fiber-reinforced composite materials, that is, in the application in the field of structural materials for vehicles or building materials, it is strongly required that fiber-reinforced composite materials have flame retardance, because it is very dangerous that structural materials catch fire and burn and emit toxic gases. By use of the Inorganic flame retardant as a halogen-free flame retardant, it is possible to achieve flame retardancy, reduce an amount of poisonous gas emitted when ignited, and improve mold ability. So we Prepared by impregnating glass fiber with the epoxy resin and Inorganic frame retardant composition for glass-fiber-reinforced composite materials. The dispersion of epoxy composites with inorganic particles was measured test by Turbiscan, SEM(Scanning electron microscope), PSA(Particle size analyze) and Prepreg characterized by UL-94, 45 degree flammability test.
