The photoresponsive hydrogels was prepared by photopolymerization of various composition precursor solutions(HEA/PEGDA/MBAA) containing azobenzene salt monomer with different light irradiation. Photoisomerization phenomenon of azobenzene salt monomer was monitored by the UV-visible spectorscopy. FT-IR, UV-visible spectorscopy, and swelling ratio (SR) were investigated for the obtained hydrogels. Before light irradiation, the SR property of hydrogel is controlled by internal structure and hydrophilic of the gel. But under the light irradiation, the changing behavior correlated with their isomeric states and the content of azobenzene in the hydrogel. |
