Folate-grafted OCMCh-Poly-L-lysine Gene Carrier for targeted Gene Delivery in vitro |
초록 |
Among non-viral gene delivery vector, Chitosan has been considered to be good material because it is known as a , biodegradable, biocompatible and low toxicity . Poly-L-Lysine (PLL), Cationic polymer was widely used in gene delivery system due to its potential that the structure facilitates various modifications with hydrophilic, hydrophobic and amphiphilic polymers. The folate receptor (FR) is an useful biological target for the management of many human cancers. FA-PEG-OCMCh-PLL particles were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and DLS analysis. In addition, transfection efficiency proposed that it is effective on gene delivery system.
