제목 | The effect of synthesis process condition on ORR properties of Pt electrocatalyst for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell |
초록 | Among fuel cells, which has high conversion efficiency and low pollution, the polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell is an attractive energy sources for mobility due to low operating temperature. Pt-based nanomaterial with high efficiency is mainly used as electrochemical catalyst. The oxygen reduction reaction of catalyst is dependent on the Pt nanoparticle, the catalytic property can be altered by tuning the parameters such as size and density. In this study, the size and density of the Pt particle were controlled by adjusting the condition of microwave to confirm the effect of Pt particle on the catalytic performance. The surface area of Pt particle affects the catalytic activity, and it increased with the size decreases and the density increases of the particle. The catalyst with optimal synthesis process for Pt nanoparticle was obtained, and the prepared catalyst showed the best catalytic performance. This study can be applied to fields that is related to efficient catalysts. |
