제목 | Study of adhesion properties of PSA tape adding the synthesized acrylic tackifier using Isopropyl methacrylate(IPMA) |
초록 | The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive(PSA) have excellent weather resistance and heat resistance. By using monomers with various functional groups, it is possible to design properties according to application and adherend material. In the previous study, we confirmed that adhesive properties of PSA tape using IPMA was improve. Therefore, In this study, acrylic tackifiers were synthesized by IPMA of various ratio in order to improve the adhesive properties of acrylic adhesive, and the adhesion properties were evaluated by adding synthesized acrylic tackifiers to the adhesive. The acrylic adhesive adding the synthesized acrylic tackifier was coated on both sides of the film to prepare adhesive tape, and the initial adhesive force, the state adhesive force, the adhesive strength in 80℃ and the thermal adhesive strength were examined.
