제목 Improvement of Mechanical Properties for Recycled Plastic mixtures by Synthesized Compatibilizer
초록 Plastics are useful materials used throughout industries such as electricity, automobiles, and packaging field. Although it is applied in so various fields, the recycling rate of waste plastics is very low. Relatively easy to recycle a single element plastic material, but it takes a lot of effort to recycle for mixed plastics. The recycled plastic of Polypropylene(PP) and Polyethylene(PE) mixture has low mechanicla properties compared to virgin polymer of PP and PE. Therefore, the mixed polymer mixture improved mechanical properties by using compatibilizers can be replacement of virgin polymer and also promot the recycling rate of plastics. In this study, we prepared compatibilizer based Maleic anhydride and evaluated the mechanicla strength of composites mixed recycle plastics. The grafting ratio of prepared compatibilizer was calculated by the peak area in FT-IR graph, which was related to improve tensile strength in direct.
