제목 Effect of Ruthenium dyes with ligands as the interlayer for polymer solar cells
초록 We changed the ligand from 2,2’-bipirydine-4-carboxylic acid (RubiPy) with thiocyanate (N719) for the ligand using as the interlayer for the inverted bulk heterojunction organic solar cell. Ruthenium complexes provided to reduce the electron injection barrier between active layer(PTB7-Th:PC71BM) and ZnO layer. Ruthenium complexes provided to decrease the surface defects of ZnO. When active layer and cathode layer contact, charge collection and charge generation and transport efficiency will increase. As a result, Ru-bipy devices performance is 8.05% and N719 devices performance is 8.08%, the efficiency of N719 is slightly higher.
