제목 Optimization of the power conversionefficiency of a photovoltaic solar cell using TiO2 as electrontransport layer (ETL)
초록 In order to improve the power conversion efficiency(PCE) of thephotovoltaic solar cell, it is necessary to optimize the characteristics ofeach layer constituting this device. In this study, various factors of theelectron transport layer were selected and the effect of each factor on the PCEwas investigated. Au/Cu2O/MAPbI3/TiO2/ITO wasselected as a standard device structure. The SCAPS-1D program was used for thesedetailed simulations. The highest power conversion efficiency was 23.79%, andthe most influential factor on these efficiencies was the bandgap energy of theelectron transport layer. This approach is expected to be widely applicable forthe optimum simulation of the photovoltaic solar cell.
