제목 Aqueous-Phase Synthesis with Shape-Controlled Process of ZnO and Application
초록 This work is describe about synthesis of ZnO nanobolts, morpology change of nanobolts and other ZnO. ZnO nanobolts synthesized by low temperature aqueous phase synthesis have hierarchical structure consisting of two well-defined hexagonal nanorods of different sizes. In a study of the growth behavior, we also observed that aggregates of around 600 nm in size became almost single crystal ZnO nanobolts with sizes of 250 nm for about 2 hour reaction time. We also exhibited the effect of reaction temperature and Zn(NO3)2 concentrationon the synthesis, demonstrating that these experimental factors were important interms of the shape, size and aggregation of ZnO nanobolts.
Lastly this work describes a shape controlled process by using titanium butoxide and other transition metal precursor. We can also change ZnO nanobolts to ZnO nanonuts, hollow shape materials, LDH materials. And It was found that ZnO film can be made thinner by this shape controlled process.
