Preparation and Characterization of Smart Magnetic Nanospheres and Their Effect on in vitro for MR Molecular Imaging |
초록 |
Magnetic resonance (MR) molecular imaging is an exiting new frontier in the biomedical applications of MR and is a noninvasive technique routinely used in diagnostic imaging. Also, noninvasive imaging of cell receptors is a powerful technique that enables early identification of lesions as well as repetitive measurements and more complete coverage, which is not feasible with invasive biopsy techniques. Recently nanoparticles are submicron - sized polymeric colloidal particles with a therapeutic or a diagnosis agent of interest encapsulated within their polymeric matrix or adsorbed or conjugated onto the surface. Also, intercellular targeting refers to the delivery of a therapeutic or a diagnosis agents to specific compartments or organelles within the cell. Superparamagnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles Encapsulated (IONE) could be used as efficient delivery vehicles for intracellular targeting. In this study, we propose here the use of peptides - conjugated IONE as a potent intracellular carrier for diagnosis agent and anti-body – conjugated IONE as a potent targeted MR contrast agent for diagnosis agent.
