제목 Fluorine doping effective method by pelletizing within Ni-rich NCM
초록  Various elements have been doped to improve the cycle properties and structural stability of nickel-rich NCM cathodes. Fluorine doping, in particular, can reduce the occurrence of Ni2+, thus inhibiting cation mixing in which Ni2+ enters between lithium layers. It is expected that the method of fluorine doping on the active material through pelletizing will be more effective than the conventional method, which mixes LiF to the precursor. These doped active materials were observed for XRD, SEM and the charge/discharge test was conducted to see stable cycling characteristics and high voltage safety.
