제목 Preparation and characterization of modified collagen scaffolds using overrun process
초록 Novel porous hybrid scaffolds were prepared using overrun process and particle-leaching method. During the overrun process, air is injected into the polymer solution below frozen temperature. The modified scaffolds consist of marine source collagen and hyaluronic acid (HA) were prepared for further modification of bioactive molecules. The modified collagen porous scaffolds were crosslinked with N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N′-ethyl-carbodiimide hydro-chloride (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS). The morphology, mechanical properties, biodegradation, and in vitro cytotoxicity of modified collagen/HA hybrid scaffolds were investigated.
