Surface modification and characterization of poly (D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) scaffold with galactose |
초록 |
Poly (D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) scaffold was pretreated using Argon plasma, and then UV polymerized with acrylamide(AAm). Galactosylated surfaces were then obtained by coupling a galactose to the AAm graft chains with the aid of a water-soluble carbodiimide (WSC) and N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide (sulfo-NHS). The surfaces of the modified PLGA scaffolds were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-attenuated total reflectance (FTIR-ATR), electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The hydrophilicity of the modified PLGA scaffolds was measured by a contact angle goniometry. |
