Dually cationic and anionic pH/temperature-sensitive multiblock copolymer as injectable hydrogel for protein delivery |
초록 |
Novel dually ionic multiblock copolymers that containing either cationic pH-sensitive tertiary-amines, anionic pH-sensitive sulfonamides and temperature-sensitive triblocks poly(e-caprolactone-co-lactide) – poly(ethylene glycol) – poly(e-caprolactone-co-lactide) were developed. These copolymers displayed a round shape and close-loop sol-gel-sol phase transition diagram due to amphoteric pH-sensitive properties. The rheological properties, in-vivo gelation and degradation were also investigated to demonstrate potential application as injectable hydrogel system for drug/protein delivery. |
